These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of jameilaingram.com (the "Site"), operated by Jameila Ingram, REALTOR® ("I," "me"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Brokerage Disclosure

Jameila Ingram is a real estate salesperson licensed in Virginia (License No. 0225254943), affiliated with Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty. Each office is independently owned and operated. 2. No Agency Relationship

Using the Site or contacting me does not create a brokerage relationship. In Virginia, a brokerage relationship requires a written agreement, as required by Virginia law (Va. Code § 54.1-2130 et seq.).

It is believed reliable but not guaranteed. Photos may be representative stock images and may not show actual properties. 5. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, mortgage, investment, or home inspection advice. Talk to qualified professionals before you make decisions. Any home value discussion is an opinion, not an appraisal.

When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the phone number you provide. Consent to calls and texts is described in the Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes scraping data, sending spam, trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site's operation, or submitting false or unlawful content.

9. Intellectual Property

I or my licensors own the Site content, design, and text. Trademarks belong to their owners. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, JAMEILA INGRAM AND ATLANTIC SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify me against claims that come from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

15. Changes

I may update these Terms at any time. If you keep using the Site after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
